Each piece is handmade in our workshop, which requires a certain amount of manufacturing and quality control time.

Orders will be closed for most of December .
They will resume in January in the form of order sessions .

Orders are not open continuously.
They open in the form of time-limited sessions during which a defined number of commands can be placed.

Session openings are announced on social media (in stories and sometimes in posts), via the newsletter (we strongly recommend that you subscribe) and on the site's information banners.

A session remains open until all available slots are booked .
Once all the places are full, the session closes automatically.

The sessions take place approximately every 2 to 4 weeks , depending on the availability of the workshop teams.

Once your order is complete and carefully packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number .

Parcels leave the workshop at least twice a week.

We primarily work with: La Poste Colissimo and Mondial Relay.

The transit time for each package is generally:

La Poste Colissimo : approximately 48 hours

Mondial Relay : approximately 3 to 5 business days
