Welcome to the workshop

Here, we work with our hands, but also and especially with our hearts.

Where it all began

But who is behind the Atelier des Toutous?

My name is Gaëlle, I'm 27 years old, and I have a huge passion for animals. Spending hours in the meadows with horses, running in the forest with dogs, climbing mountains...

It was quite natural that my path led me to osteopathy . A demanding, precise training, which taught me to look differently: to see what the eye does not always perceive, to listen to what the body expresses in silence.

But, around the age of 25, after a late diagnosis of ASD and ADHD, I experienced burnout... I decided to suddenly give up osteopathy and dedicate myself 100% to the workshop. I developed a rather strong specific interest in canine saddlery and, later, in assistance dogs.

The birth of the Workshop

When looking for things for my own dogs, I quickly realized one thing: the market offered either useful or pretty things… rarely both .

I couldn't find what I was expecting:
Dog-friendly accessories that are really well-designed, but also beautiful, modern, colorful, and customizable .

So I created what didn't yet exist .

I wanted to create accessories that respect the body. Useful objects, yes. But also objects that you're proud to wear!

Today: A brand in motion

The workshop is not static.
It evolves, grows, and transforms constantly.

I am constantly learning.
I read, I analyze, I test, I start again.
I look for the best materials, the best cuts, the best fits.

I also work with a team of professionals: dog trainers, osteopaths, veterinarians…
Because creating alone has its limits, and respect for the dog also involves exchange and questioning.

Each model evolves.
Every seam has a reason.
Every decision is designed to last.

Here, we don't " just " manufacture accessories.
We create objects of trust.

And now, let's go further

Today, the workshop is taking an even more specific direction: working with assistance dogs.

Because when an accessory becomes a tool, when it is no longer just about comfort but about mission, then the requirement must be absolute.

Creating for these dogs requires a different perspective: more nuanced, more rigorous, and also more humane. It is in this direction that I wish to continue moving forward: towards ever greater customization, respect, and meaning.

What you will find here

Accessories designed to last. Created to adapt. Designed to respect.

But also :

  • listening,
  • an exchange,
  • genuine attention to each request.

Because behind every product, there's a unique dog and human. And behind every order, a story that deserves better than the standard.
